Regenerate pineapple thumbnails that were the wrong size ...

What happened was some images were rotated by EXIF orientation. I only
noticed this after resizing the images and ran an ImageMagick command to
bake the rotation in. ImageMagick doesn't take the EXIF orientation into
consideration so the images ended up 240 pixels wide, instead of 240
tall.
